This position ensures that Casino guests enjoy exceptional customer service, memorable facilities, and quality, value priced dining, by supervising front-of-house staff and activities, ensuring that proper protocols are being followed in the delivery of all food and beverage items

The supervisor ensures guests receive exceptional service and quality dining by overseeing front-of-house staff. They are responsible for monitoring activities and ensuring all food and beverage delivery protocols are strictly followed.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations. Additionally, the role requires previous experience in recruiting, training, and coaching staff within a supervisory capacity.
