Coquitlam School District is accepting applications from candidates for the position of Temporary 1.0 Counsellor at Gleneagle Secondary from September 8, 2026 to April 30, 2027. Please note that this position comes with full benefits. Required Qualifications Successful applicants must possess the appropriate education, training and or experience. Relevant teaching/counselling experience Masters degree in counselling or counselling psychology, with a completed, supervised practicum. Certification with the British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch required Please ensure the following documents are included with your application: Resume/ Cover Letter Certificate of counselling qualifications Certification with the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB) We require two administrator references (principal/vice principal or equivalent) and one must be from your current/most recent direct supervisor. Provide professional counseling services to students at Gleneagle Secondary school. Support student well-being and academic success within the School District No.43 framework.

Must have a Master's degree in counseling or counseling psychology and certification with the British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch. Relevant teaching or counseling experience and a completed supervised practicum are required.
