The Société d'habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) is a non-profit, financially self-supporting para-municipal corporation of the Ville de Montréal. Expert in Responsible Property Investment, it intervenes in a diversity of projects wich contribute to Montréal’s economic, social and cultural development.
