ALBERTA INDIGENOUS GAMES - AUG 7 - AUGUST 15, 2026 Spirit Employment & Training Edmonton Inc. is currently seeking 15 Security Guards to fill positions in Edmonton, AB. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct regular driving patrols Perform regular foot patrols as required on the job site. Generate incident reports and maintain a daily notebook. Adhere to site operating policies and procedures. Identify and report any safety hazards or unauthorized personnel as required. Experience and Education: Possess a valid security license. (Training can be provided to the right candidate to obtain a security license.) Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license- is not a must. Additional experience and training in the field of security is an asset. Essential Skills: Be in good physical condition Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Have excellent public relations skills Be able to apply the training that you receive Be able to work independently as well as being able to contribute to the security team Be able to think on your feet and deal with any situation Be able to assess, prioritize and act quickly in the field

Conduct regular driving and foot patrols to ensure site security and safety. Generate incident reports and maintain daily notebooks while adhering to site operating policies.

Candidates must possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one. Good physical condition and strong communication skills are essential.
