Role: ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant Location: : EST (Remote) Duration: 8+ Years Key Skills Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation) Workflow automation, catalog items, case management Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub) Key Deliverables Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation) Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation) Developed integrations with external systems Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments Documentation and knowledge transfer Scope of Work Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time) Implement HR Workflow Automation Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions) Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer

The consultant will configure and build the HRSD solution, implement workflows, and develop integrations. They will also enhance the Employee Center and support testing activities.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and development. They must be skilled in workflow automation, integration development, and employee center enhancements.
