THE ROLE At STRIVE, we are hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehousing and logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a consistent daytime schedule. ADVANTAGES Competitive starting rate of $23.00/hour Straight day shift Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4:30 PM) Immediate start Clean and safety-focused facility Accessible location on a bus route in Brantford Be part of a supportive team culture in a growing logistics facility Weekly pay with strong potential for permanent placement Responsibilities Safely operate Order Picker and Cherry Picker forklifts Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order tracking Assist with loading and unloading products Conduct routine equipment and safety inspections Keep warehouse areas organized and free of hazards Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience operating Order pickers and Cherry pickers Must have external forklift certification Current Working at Heights / Fall Arrest certification is an asset Previous warehouse experience operating elevated forklifts Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Comfortable working at heights Good communication and teamwork abilities Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control asset Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to workplace safety and productivity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed #INDSTRIVEON

The role involves safely operating Order Picker and Cherry Picker forklifts to pick and prepare orders for shipment. Additionally, the operator will use RF scanners for tracking, assist with loading/unloading, and perform routine equipment inspections.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience operating Order Pickers and Cherry Pickers along with external forklift certification. Working at heights and having a strong commitment to safety and warehouse productivity are also essential.
