JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking Maintenance Team Leader at our Manitoba site. The Maintenance Team Leader will be maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment including but not limited to Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, Rock Trucks, Mulchers, Tractors, Ditchers and Profilers. They are responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of all mobile equipment and attachments on site. This will include but is not limited to fluid changes, greasing, electrical / hydraulic repair, welding, and tire repairs. The Maintenance Team Leader will consult with the site Production Manager for prioritizing projects, ordering parts, maintaining inventories, and filling out / submitting applicable paperwork. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of various heavy mobile equipment and attachments. They collaborate with the Production Manager to prioritize projects, order parts, and manage inventories.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible seasonal hours are required.
