Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Administrator. ABOUT THE PROJECT Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Senior Salesforce Administrator to provide hands-on support for their enterprise Salesforce environment. This consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting recurring production issues, supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration, and maintaining key sales and commercial operations functionality. The successful candidate will be able to contribute immediately, balancing Salesforce development and administration responsibilities while supporting business users and ensuring platform stability. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues across Salesforce. Support Salesforce CPQ including quote, order, discount, pricing, and refresh-pricing issues. Support Enterprise Territory Management, including territory realignments and opportunity ownership changes. Support standard and custom Salesforce objects. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows. Support Salesforce Engage. Configure and support Conga. Create and maintain reports. Manage user creation, permissions, licenses, passwords, MFA, and production access. Provide ongoing Salesforce administration and production support. ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience. Strong Salesforce Developer and Senior Administrator experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. Experience supporting Enterprise Territory Management. Experience with Salesforce Flows. Experience with Salesforce Engage. Experience supporting Conga. Experience managing users, permissions, licenses, passwords, MFA, and production access. Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a contract opportunity supporting an enterprise Salesforce environment. The successful consultant will provide hands-on development, administration, troubleshooting, and production support across multiple Salesforce capabilities. PAY DISCLOSURE: The average hourly contract pay range for this field is as follows: • Intermediate: 6–9 years of experience — $85-95/hour • Senior: 10+ years of experience — $95-105/hour Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, certifications, and market conditions. The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues across Salesforce, support Salesforce CPQ, and manage user permissions and access. They will also provide ongoing Salesforce administration and production support.

Candidates should have 8+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience, with strong skills in Salesforce CPQ and Enterprise Territory Management. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and user management is also required.
