Licensed Leasing Specialist – Multifamily & Developer Portfolios

Tactx Project Sales & Marketing Inc. is looking for a Licensed Leasing Specialist – Multifamily & Developer Portfolios to support residential leasing assignments throughout the Central Okanagan. This is not a traditional day-to-day property management position. The primary focus will be leasing available homes within multifamily rental communities and developer-owned residential portfolios. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: • Purpose-built rental lease-ups • Multifamily residential leasing • Developer-owned rental portfolios • New-development leasing or project sales • Leasing multiple homes within one building or portfolio An active B.C. Rental Property Management licence is required. A Trading Services licence, project-sales experience or an interest in future development sales opportunities would be considered a strong asset. This is a commission-only, project-based contract opportunity. The successful candidate must be professional, responsive and comfortable following strict property-specific lead-handling and confidentiality procedures. Affiliation with our partner brokerage, Panda Luxury Homes, is preferred but is not necessarily required from the first day, subject to licensing and brokerage requirements.
