Guidewire Architect

Job Title: Guidewire Architect Location: Canada Job Type: C2C Long term Contract Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Guidewire Architecture. Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter; experience with ClaimCenter and BillingCenter is a plus. Proven experience implementing Commercial Lines Insurance solutions. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud, Guidewire integrations, and architecture best practices. Strong understanding of Guidewire configuration and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Solid knowledge of insurance workflows, policy lifecycle, and domain processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Guidewire Cloud Certification preferred / required. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions, with a strong focus on Commercial Lines Insurance. The ideal candidate will bring deep Guidewire expertise, strong architecture capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale insurance transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions for Commercial Lines. Define scalable, secure, and cloud-ready solution architecture aligned with Guidewire best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Drive technical design, integration strategy, architecture governance, and solution reviews. Ensure adherence to architecture standards, performance, security, and scalability requirements. Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery. Support successful deployment and transformation initiatives across insurance platforms.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions for Commercial Lines. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure adherence to architecture standards and successful deployment.

Candidates should have 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Guidewire Architecture. Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and experience with integrations and insurance workflows are essential.
