Part Time Seasonal Customer Consultant - McArthur Glen Outlets

Role Overview: As part of our dedicated store team, you will deliver excellent customer service, achieve strong sales results, and create engaging customer experiences. This is a seasonal fixed-term position expected to continue until October 2026. Key Job Accountabilities: * Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of excellent customer service * Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring the store is clean and organized, and the shelves are well stocked * Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs * Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets * Stay up to date on product knowledge, current sales and promotions, and store policies Skills/Competencies: * Interest and ability to connect with customers to drive customer engagement * Understanding of sales and customer service practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Team player with a strong work ethic and eager to learn * Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours per shift) * Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs. * Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required

Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales results through product recommendations and engagement. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and stock levels to ensure a high-quality visual presentation.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs is required.
