Position Summary The Replenisher is responsible for restocking merchandise on the sales floor, from rotating stock to merchandising new products as they arrive. This is a temporary position. The shifts are Monday - Friday and the wage range is $20.75 - $23.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers. Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities. Responsible for replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor Assist in the stocking of incoming truck freight to the stock room. Put away and locate all incoming shipments. Maintain product displays on selling floor. Position will be working inside and outside. Help with vendor resets. Assist in keeping product signage/pricing accurate. General housekeeping duties and facility maintenance Other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends. Superior customer service skills Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as a team. Perform repetitive lifting. Forklift/scissor lift experience is an asset. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive lifting of up to 30lbs and stand for long periods. Experience with forklifts or scissor lifts is considered an asset, and the role requires availability for evenings and weekends.
