We work on residential and commercial painting projects including interiors, exteriors, fences, decks, soffits, and trim. Responsibilities- Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting. Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling, caulking, masking, and priming. Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers. Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools. Lead and manage a small crew while ensuring quality workmanship. Complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience. Experience with interior and exterior repaint projects. Proficient with brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers. Ability to lead a crew and work independently. Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Physically able to lift ladders, paint, and equipment. Valid Class 5 or 7 driver's licence with reliable transportation.
