JOB DESCRIPTION Work-Study Project Number 3-5308-2-123 Position Title Programme Assistant Supervisor Amanda Wilson et Salvador David Hernandez Work-Study Position Profile Job Summary The School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity (LEE) is a dynamic, engaged and growing learning community. The role of the Program Assistant is to support the School’s team in its outreach and recruitment efforts for the 2027–28 academic year. In this capacity, the individual will assist in developing the School’s promotional campaign, identify events in which School representatives should participate, and prepare materials for use on the School’s social media platforms. They will work closely with the School’s outreach committee. Job description * Conduct research to identify outreach opportunities for the School of LEE. * Conduct research to identify potential partners in the environmental or equity sectors. * Develop content for social media and other campaigns in collaboration with the School’s professors. Who is eligible * Current students in the School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity at Saint Paul University. * Alumni from the School will also be considered. Language requirements * Mastery of French or English. * Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. Statement of Qualifications * Proficiency in Web search engines (essential). * Proficiency in social media, including Instagram and TikTok (essential). * Ability to produce text and video content about the School (essential). * Self-directedness with advanced abilities to plan, organize and prioritize (essential). * Solid knowledge of the School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity’s approach and programs (essential). Other qualifications Start Date July 13, 2026 Number of working hours 100 hours.
