Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification. Avoir suivi et réussi le cours de droit comparé ( les grands systèmes de droit contemporains) ainsi qu'un cours de droit constitutionnel. 3. Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. La maîtrise de l'arabe ou du chinois serait un atout. 4. Avoir une expérience dans le domaine des recherches législatives, jurisprudentielles et doctrinales.
