WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The Coordinator, Cruise optimisation is responsible for the coordination of Cruise revenue management activities. • In depth analysis of the Cruise FIT and Groups pricing to identify sales & revenue opportunities • In depth analysis of promotional rate codes in Revelex and flag opportunities • Review & analyze all incoming promotions from various cruise lines and take appropriate actions • Keep abreast of the competitive environment and report on findings • Provide various reports as requested by analysts and managers • Support adhoc projects requests for members of the revenue management team • Any additional duties as assigned by Management WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM • Bilingual English/French • Ability to think independently and work collaboratively • General understanding of quantitative and statistical methods • Proven problem-solving skills used to recommend and implement effective solutions • Completion of relevant post-secondary education or travel industry related experience. • Experience in selling & booking Cruise products • Knowledge and the ability to navigate the cruise line booking engines WHY WORK WITH US?
