This role is responsible for managing operations across our Whistler Blackcomblocations and facilitating sales of ticket and pass products, group and private lessons, and summer activities. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $52,000.00 -$60,000.00 Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of in person Guest Services locations and our Call Centre, including collaboration withother departments, and provide frontline support as necessary. Coordinate selling and training of lesson products (Snow School and Bike School), Season Passes, Lift Tickets,and Summer and Winter Activities with a focus on guest experience Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Coach and develop frontline Product Sales and Services team through 1:1s and performance reviews, recognition,and performance management. Support planning of employee engagement events and prioritize attendance. Assist with hiring, support, training, and scheduling Product Sales and Services team members. Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providing timely resolutions. Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgets Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on Product Sales and Services operations, training,and continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and execute sales incentives, training and in-season training. Collaborate with all key stakeholders with high attention to effective communication to all guest and employeeofferings and ramp-up/ramp-down for locations. Assist in developing and executing projects with attention to maintaining deadlines, and key performanceindicators. Deliver on a high-quality working environment with a focus on guest service improvement and operationalexcellence. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: High School Diploma or CAEC required; some college preferred 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications Must be able to communicate fluently in English Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends The expected pay range is $52,000.00 -$60,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
