This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Skill Level: Entry Level Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks Provide additional support to other resort operations Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently Ability to work weekends and holidays The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Perform critical base area operations including painting, landscaping, and clearing weather elements to ensure a great guest arrival experience. Provide general maintenance support and assist other resort operations as assigned.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds while working consistently on their feet. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and in seasonal outdoor environments is required.
