Coding Instructor

Part-Time Coding Instructor (Nova Coders Program) Valde Industries Inc. is hiring Coding Instructors to join its Education Branch and support the delivery of its Nova Coders program in high schools across the Greater Montreal Area. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in computer science who are seeking structured, part-time instructional experience in a professional educational environment. Position Overview Coding Instructors are responsible for delivering structured extracurricular coding sessions in high schools. The role involves guiding students through project-based learning activities, reinforcing core programming concepts, and supporting teams as they design and develop functional software applications. Instructors are expected to maintain a high standard of clarity, structure, and engagement while ensuring students progress through the program objectives. Candidates must have completed at least one year of CEGEP in Computer Science or higher and possess a strong understanding of programming fundamentals. Effective communication of technical concepts and professionalism in a school environment are also required.
