Position Overview Waiward Construction Management Inc. is gearing up for a busy construction season, and we are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Underground Water and Sewer Division. We are hiring for the following positions: Main Line Hoe Operators Side Hoe Operators Wheel Loader Operators Key Responsibilities Perform work related to underground water, sewer, and storm installations Operate equipment safely and efficiently Assist with trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling Follow directions from Supervisors and Foreman Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety and company procedures Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in Water and Sewer construction Ability to work in trenches and outdoor environments in various weather conditions Knowledge of safe work procedures, including trench safety Relevant tickets are considered an asset: Ground Disturbance Level II Confined Space First Aid Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends as required Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude What we Offer: Competitive salaries Comprehensive benefit package after 30 days of employment Health and Dental LTD Life Insurance Team Environment Commitment to Safety Thank you for your interest in Waiward Construction Management Inc. Operators will perform underground water, sewer, and storm installations while operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently. They are responsible for assisting with trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling while following supervisor directions.

Candidates must have previous experience in water and sewer construction and the ability to work in outdoor environments. Relevant certifications such as Ground Disturbance Level II, Confined Space, and First Aid are considered assets.
