We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Worker (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required! As a Lawn Care Worker (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as: Applications of fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads” Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers' lawn Maintain expected production schedule Completion of paperwork with accuracy Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment Maintain a professional personal appearance As an associate of Weed Man, you will enjoy: Ongoing training program to develop and expand the knowledge of our employees Annual Bonuses & Very high productivity and commission incentives to increase your earning potential.
