Join our team today!Job DescriptionAccountabilities:Consulting as a resource to the patient care team regarding cardio-respiratory technical and/or clinical issuesRespiratory assessment of the adult, paediatric and neonatal patientOngoing application, maintenance and calibration of cardio-respiratory support devices and monitoring equipment including advanced ventilatory modalities and ventilatory strategiesProviding expertise in airway managementProviding expertise in the initiation and application of O2 therapy and adjunctsProviding expertise in the delivery of medication by inhalationConsulting with other members of the multidisciplinary health care team in devising a plan of careUtilizes evidenced based guidelines in the practice of respiratory therapyReporting workload measures and participating in quality assurance activitiesOther related duties as assignedQualificationsGraduate of an accredited respiratory therapy programMember in good standing with the College of Respiratory Therapists of OntarioMember of CSRT and RTSO preferredCurrent BCLS, ACLS, NRP certificationCurrent PALS certification preferredCurrent certification in adult intubation and adult radial arterial line insertionCurrent certification in neonatal intubation preferredActively participates in continuing educationDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and supportively in a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated clinical expertise, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilitiesMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationExcellent work performance and attendance recordTravel between and work at all Osler sites as operationally requireAdditional InformationHours: Currently days/nights, 12 hours shifts including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)The successful candidate may be scheduled or reassigned at any Osler site based on operational needs.Application deadline: June 24, 2026Salary: Minimum: $41.98 per hour Maximum: $54.52 per hourThis position is eligible for the Employee Referral Reward Program. Exigences

Must be a graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and a member in good standing with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario. Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and adult intubation/radial arterial line insertion.
