Years of experience: 6-14 years only , ONLY FTE A Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with Kafka integration experience builds real-time, event-driven customer service workflows using tools like Salesforce Platform Events, the Pub/Sub API, and external Kafka clusters Key Technical Skills Salesforce: Service Cloud configuration, Apex, Flows, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), REST/Streaming APIs. Integration: Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Kafka Connect), gRPC, event streaming patterns. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Service Cloud Consulta Core Responsibilities Event-Driven Architecture: Design real-time data streaming between Service Cloud (Cases, Contacts, Work Orders) and Kafka topics. API & Middleware Utilization: Implement Salesforce Pub/Sub API (gRPC-based) or middleware like MuleSoft to bridge Kafka brokers with Salesforce. Custom Apex & Lightning Development: Write Apex triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows to publish or consume event messages inside Service Cloud. Service Cloud Core Skills Case Management: Customizing cases, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge bases. Routing & Console: Configuring Omni-Channel, skill-based routing, and the Service Console workspace. Automation: Building complex Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and custom LWC (Lightning Web Components). AI Tools: Integrating modern features like Einstein Bots or Agentforce conversational tools Integration Experience API Development: Connecting external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Telephony & Chat: Implementing CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and third-party chat tools like AWS. Real-Time Data: Using Platform Events and middleware to exchange live data securely.

Design and implement real-time, event-driven data streaming between Salesforce Service Cloud and Apache Kafka using APIs and middleware. Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows to manage case automation and integration workflows.

Candidates must have 6-14 years of experience and expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and event-driven architectures like Kafka. Proficiency in integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and experience with gRPC or middleware is required.
