Location: Remote (USA or Canada) Experience 12+ years of overall IT experience 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist) Mandatory Certifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.) Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives. Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles. Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives. Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions. Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning: ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM SPM SecOps AI/Now Assist Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments

The ServiceNow Architect will define the enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives and establish platform governance and architectural standards. They will also serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions and design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments.

Candidates must have 12+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations and multiple ServiceNow product lines is required, along with mandatory certifications including ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
