Technical Specialist (Teamcenter Mfg.)

Role: Technical Specialist (Teamcenter Mfg.) Location: Remote mode :Contract • Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions • Configure and manage MBOM structures aligned with EBOM • Define and implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) in Teamcenter • Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures • Configure manufacturing process planning (MPP) and shop-floor relevant data • Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and execution data • Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation within Teamcenter • Analyze as-is/to-be manufacturing processes and translate into system configuration • Prepare and maintain functional specs, configuration documents, and process flows • Support integration alignment with SAP and MES systems (data readiness and structures) • Ensure proper handling of effectivity, revisions, and lifecycle states • Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution • Collaborate with integration, SAP, and business teams for end-to-end consistency • Support SIT/UAT cycles, including test case validation and issue resolution • Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to defined standards • Manage tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps (AVD) • Mentor team members and ensure adherence to Teamcenter best practices

The Technical Specialist will lead the end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions, ensuring alignment between engineering and manufacturing data. Responsibilities include configuring MBOM structures, defining BOP and BOE, and supporting integration with SAP and MES systems.

Candidates should have experience in configuring and managing manufacturing processes within Teamcenter. Strong analytical skills to assess manufacturing processes and ensure data quality are essential.
