Job Description Server - Cabana Our Cabana Server is responsible for providing luxury service to our guests at our Cabana Outlet throughout the busy summer season, bringing your personality, service skills, and experience table-side. This is a full-time, seasonal position, beginning in December 2026 and ending in April 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60. Job Duties Include: Provide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests. Serve, refresh, and clear in a timely manner, while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards. The server is responsible for providing timely, personalized, and efficient food and beverage service to guests at the Cabana outlet. They must maintain station cleanliness, manage guest billing, and communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service excellence.

Candidates must possess a Serving It Right Certificate and have at least two years of luxury food and beverage serving experience. Proficiency with Point of Sales systems and legal eligibility to work in Canada are also required.
