The role is responsible for ensuring the accessibility and integrity of SAP systems and resolving incidents in collaboration with support teams. The analyst acts as a technical expert for SAP solutions, handling improvements, changes, and coordination with the Partner Managed Cloud (PMC). Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2 years of SAP installation experience, or a College degree (DEC/AEC) with 4 years of relevant experience including Windows administration. Proficiency in SAP HANA is mandatory.
