What You'll Do

Help resolve cloud-related customer cases and create Secure File Transfer Protocol (STFP) accounts.

Manage IP access controls and assist with Single-Sign On (SSO) issues.

Work with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot application performance.

Assist the team with operational improvements to Nasdaq Verafin services, such as configuring monitoring, logging, and alerts.

Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions and grow your technial and professional skills through mentorship.
What We're Looking For

Students currently enrolled in a technical college program.

Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team envrionment.
Nice-to-Have
-
Object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with Amazon Web Services.

Experience with Linux Scripting and knowledge of JSON, SQL, or XML.
