Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. UX Designer-Figma/AEM/Banking. You will be an integral part of the Public Website Design team, focusing on improving and maintaining public-facing websites for a leading financial institution. This position offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, collaborate with a talented cross-functional team, and work on enterprise-level digital projects.
Pay rate range (CAD): $68.84/hr – $82.61/hr
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered digital experiences. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and frameworks. Facilitate workshops and present design concepts to stakeholders. Conduct UX research using tools like Maze and Usertesting.com. Analyze analytics data (e.g., Adobe Analytics) to inform design decisions. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX and web design.
Desired Skill-Set
5-7+ years of UX experience in digital responsive web design. Formal UX training with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. Experience leading workshops and conducting user research. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. Basic understanding of CSS and HTML. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Previous experience in financial institutions or consultancy agencies. Knowledge of visual design principles and best practices. Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Office 365 tools.
