Job Description: Manages patient nutrition care. This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, care evaluation and arranging follow-up care. Incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other health care team members and provides education experiences for dietetic interns.
