Design, build, and evolve scalable backend services and product experiences using C# and .NET, with contributions across APIs, modern web technologies, and system integrations that reduce complexity and improve reliability Lead by example as a hands-on technical contributor — solving hard engineering problems, reviewing code with care, and raising the quality bar through strong engineering habits and mentorship of peers Build AI fluency into daily engineering workflows by using modern AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation — and helping teammates use those tools effectively and responsibly Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities, applying practical experience with generative and non-generative AI models to deliver features that meaningfully improve enterprise software outcomes Partner with product and design to shape requirements, influence technical architecture, and deliver well-reasoned solutions that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability

What Stands Out Amongst Top Talent

Strong professional experience building backend software with C# and .NET, with working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue and the ability to contribute across the full stack Proven ability to design and deliver performant, scalable, and maintainable systems — with sound judgment on trade-offs across architecture, reliability, and delivery velocity Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools as part of an engineering workflow — not just awareness, but demonstrated use of AI to improve coding speed, quality, and execution Experience with observability and production readiness practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting — with a track record of improving service health over time Strong communication skills and a product-minded approach — able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver with clarity in fast-moving environments
