Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) Rate: $28–$33/hr INC Duration: 6 months Location: Fully remote (any province, EST hours preferred) Team: Post-Offer team within People, Culture & Branding (team of 7–17)

Core Responsibilities: Manage the post-offer process: requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening monitoring. Ensure all tasks meet SLAs and resolve Workday issues/errors. Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Support special projects as needed. Must-Haves: 1–3 years relevant experience (or less with a postsecondary degree). Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 skills. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Nice-to-Haves: Recruiting/sourcing experience. Workday experience. Postsecondary degree. Previous financial institution (FI) experience.
