Job Description We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a Data & AI Marketplace Delivery team . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled business transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact solutions, integrating Power Platform capabilities with enterprise data, AI services, and cloud technologies.

Design and development of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and enterprise-grade Power BI solutions to support business operations and analytics Design and deliver interactive, executive-ready Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making Develop end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX measures, and performance optimization Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and visualization strategies Build scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, Dataverse, and enterprise systems (e.g., Snowflake, SAP, etc.) Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into functional, user-centric applications Drive adoption of best practices, reusable components, and solution accelerators Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of solutions in production Work closely with Data & AI teams to embed AI capabilities (Copilot, AI Builder, Azure AI services) into applications Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards within a regulated environment Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong Power Platform capability within the team
