About the role
<p>Our client in the food manufacturing industry is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented <strong>Food Production Associate </strong>to join their team.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>London, ON</p> <p><strong>Pay: </strong>$18.00/hour - paid weekly!</p> <p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Temporary</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Days and afternoons shifts (shifts fall between 9am-1am) and include occasional Saturday's.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Production & Packaging</li> <li>Operate and monitor production lines</li> <li>Weigh, mix, and package ingredients</li> <li>Apply labels and ensure compliance with food safety standards</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and perform basic equipment maintenance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sanitation & Safety</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support daily and weekly sanitation routines</li> <li>Follow all health, safety, and food handling protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong>Warehouse Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Palletize and rotate stock</li> <li>Load/unload shipments and stage orders</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space</li> <li>Assist with inventory counts and record keeping</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ year experience in food production</li> <li>Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and safe food handling practices</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods</li> <li>Strong communication and basic English comprehension</li> <li>Flexible with shift times and able to work independently or in a team</li> <li>Must be willing to purchase rubber boots</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Casual dress code</li> <li>Free or discounted food</li> </ul> <p>Click the blue <strong>APPLY NOW</strong> button above or apply directly with IS2: <strong>www.is2.ca/jobs</strong></p>
