Job Title: Engineer in Training (EIT) II – Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP) Location: North York, ON Work Model: Hybrid Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Remote: Wednesday, Friday Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay Rate: CAD $28–30/hr on T4

Position Summary We are seeking an Engineer in Training (EIT) II to support transmission pipeline integrity management activities. The successful candidate will assist with pipeline integrity assessments, analysis of inspection and testing data, and support programs related to corrosion, crack, and deformation threat management.

Responsibilities • Execute threat management programs for assigned pipelines within the transmission system. • Support safety objectives, including zero rupture and zero leak goals. • Assess pipelines for retrofits prior to inline inspections. • Select inspection technologies and techniques. • Determine pipeline re-inspection frequencies. • Analyze data from Inline Inspection, Direct Assessment, Hydrotesting, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities. • Evaluate results and determine required integrity digs, repairs, and fitness-for-service recommendations. • Support the development of threat management programs.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university. • Minimum 2 years of engineering experience related to oil and gas or pipeline operations. • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams. • Solid understanding of transmission pipeline systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information • Hybrid work schedule. • Less than 5% travel required. • Driver’s abstract required.
