Job Description Our Client is seeking a DevOps Specialist with deep mobile CI/CD expertise to join a 13-person team supporting iOS and Android DevOps platforms. This is a business-critical role focused on maintaining and improving mobile build, release, and automation pipelines. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating primarily with internal stakeholders, with the opportunity to engage with AI-driven development practices and support high-visibility mobile initiatives. This role offers strong networking opportunities and exposure to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

Responsibilities Mobile CI/CD & DevOps Delivery Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS applications Manage and optimize GitHub Actions or Jenkins-based automation workflows Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Android and iOS build toolchains Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash Support release management and deployment processes for mobile platforms Collaboration & Platform Support Partner with mobile development teams to streamline build/release cycles Participate in daily stand-ups and platform planning meetings (~2 hrs./day) Contribute to platform reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement Document processes and share knowledge across the DevOps team Support AI-driven development tooling adoption where applicable

Required Skillsets DevOps Experience: 5+ years as a Developer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Specialist CI/CD Tooling: Deep, hands-on knowledge of GitHub Actions or Jenkins (or equivalent) Mobile Build Toolchains: Deep knowledge of Android and iOS build systems Scripting: Proficient in Python and Bash Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team Attention to Detail: Self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented

Preferred Skillsets Prior Client, banking, or fintech industry experience Knowledge of Azure App Services General networking knowledge Deep cloud engineering/development experience within Azure Knowledge of Blue/Green or Active/Active deployment patterns Experience with AI-driven development practices Experience administering macOS environments (strong nice-to-have)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred) or equivalent work experience

Certifications: Azure, DevOps, or Networking certifications preferred
