Principal Guidewire Senior Engineer (Guidewire ClaimCenter)
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Principal Guidewire Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. This is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise-scale claims transformation and Guidewire Cloud modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and modernization projects ✔ Drive architecture, solution design, and technical governance ✔ Lead Guidewire Cloud migration and upgrade initiatives ✔ Design enterprise integrations with Policy, Billing, and third-party systems ✔ Establish engineering best practices, code quality, and CI/CD processes ✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and client leadership ✔ Mentor technical leads and senior engineers Required Skills: ✅ Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter ✅ Strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud and implementation best practices ✅ Expertise in Gosu, Java, REST APIs, SQL, and system integrations ✅ Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance Claims processes (FNOL, Claims Adjudication, Subrogation, Litigation, Fraud Detection, Claims Settlement) ✅ Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
