ransactional Procurement Analyst (SAP & Power BI) – Bilingual (English/French) 📍 Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid – 3+ days/week onsite) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (12 Months + Pre-approved Extension up to 18 Months) About the Opportunity We are seeking a Bilingual Transactional Procurement Analyst to join a global procurement organization supporting Consumable Goods and Chemicals. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong SAP expertise who enjoys improving procurement processes, developing insightful dashboards, and driving operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations Execute procurement transactions in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including material, pricing, and purchasing updates. Process and manage procurement requests while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Support procurement operations by resolving transactional issues related to purchase orders, vendor records, and contracts. Manage and maintain procurement agreements and purchasing data. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop, maintain, and enhance procurement reports, KPIs, dashboards, and trackers. Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations for procurement performance. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support management reporting through meaningful business insights. Process Improvement & Automation Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives. Support automation and standardization projects using Power Query, VBA, and Power BI. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes. Contribute to data quality improvement and governance initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with procurement teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers. Support cross-functional projects and provide reporting for ongoing initiatives. Ensure consistent procurement data across systems and business units. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analysis. Hands-on experience working with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Experience creating: Reports KPIs Dashboards Performance trackers Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis. Practical experience with Power Query and/or VBA. Experience participating in process improvement, automation, or standardization projects. Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier data, and purchasing operations. Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Apps. Knowledge of ServiceNow. Experience working in a global or enterprise procurement environment. Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
