About the role

In this role, you will provide deposit administration support to Stride’s Retail and Ag and Commercial Teams ensuring seamless member service from start to finish. This position contributes to the organization by completing various functions related to the processing of estate accounts and registered and non-registered Stride investments.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of member documentation by providing daily administrative support for both registered and non-registered investment accounts, maintaining complete and audit-ready files
  • Efficiently process a full range of investment transactions, including new account openings, renewals, redemptions, and transfers, delivering a seamless member experience
  • Provide support and guidance in the administration of estate accounts, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in complex situations
  • Proactively resolve routine and escalated member account issues, collaborating with members and branch staff to deliver timely and effective solutions
  • Foster strong working relationships through open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of departmental reports, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial and operational data
  • Prioritize both member needs and organizational objectives, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while upholding service excellence standards
  • Continuously build expertise in financial products, processes, and the organization’s role in supporting member financial well-being

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years within a financial institution or similar office environment.
  • You have a strong attention to detail.
  • You can manage multiple competing priorities, pivoting to the highest priority items.
  • You’re a strong team player, willing to do what it takes to help the team succeed.

Training for this position takes place in Portage la Prairie. Once the training period is complete this position has the possibility for 2 days/week at alternate Stride Credit Union locations.
