Broad Accounting Knowledge: 4-6 years of hands-on experience across AR, AP, commissions, and FP&A
Technical Familiarity: Experience with Xero, Rillet, or similar accounting platforms
Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and new projects surface regularly
Collaborative Spirit: A team-player mindset and strong communication skills across functions
Ownership: A track record of managing workstreams independently and delivering reliably

What the job involves
We're looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable Accounting Contractor to support a range of finance and accounting functions on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings broad accounting knowledge, moves comfortably across work-streams, and wants to be a genuine contributor to a fast-moving team
Help with accounts receivable and collections, including dunning process management
Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation
Support month end including FP&A work (reporting and financial analysis)
Run month-end commissions processing with accuracy and on short time-table
Support audit preparation and execution
Step into ad hoc tasks/projects as they arise, this role requires flexibility and a willingness to lean in where needed
