This individual will work in a highly operational environment, assisting with process documentation, system maintenance, account setup, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of manual tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes. Key responsibilities include: • Documenting and maintaining operational processes and procedures • Adding and maintaining new profit centres and accounts within internal systems • Performing data reconciliation activities and investigating discrepancies • Supporting day-to-day operational workflows and administrative processes • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency • Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
