Cannabis Cultivation Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Plantchek Inc. is seeking an experienced, well-connected sales professional to represent our HLVd Quick Test Kits across Canada's licensed cannabis production sector.

This role is ideal for someone with existing relationships among cultivation managers, production leads, master growers, nursery managers, and operations executives at Canadian licensed producers.

About Plantchek Plantchek provides rapid, easy-to-use Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) testing solutions that help commercial cultivators identify infected plants before significant losses occur. Our goal is to help producers improve plant health, protect yield, and make informed crop management decisions.

The Opportunity We are looking for an independent sales representative who can introduce Plantchek's HLVd Quick Test Kits to:

• Licensed cannabis producers
• Propagation facilities
• Tissue culture laboratories
• Cannabis nurseries
• Cultivation consultants
• Greenhouse operations

This is a high-commission opportunity with substantial earning potential for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with cannabis cultivation decision-makers.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities.
• Work with Plantchek's leadership team to develop sales strategies.
• Generate recurring sales from routine testing programs.

Ideal Candidate Required

• Existing relationships within the Canadian cannabis cultivation community.
• Experience selling products or services to licensed producers.
• Strong understanding of commercial cannabis cultivation operations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience in:

• Plant health diagnostics
• Tissue culture
• Laboratory testing
• Nutrients and cultivation inputs
• IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
• Horticulture or greenhouse technologies
• Knowledge of HLVd and cannabis pathogen management.
