SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Experienced Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of expertise in Capital Markets and Investment Banking environments. Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, enrichment, validation, settlement, and post-trade operations. Hands-on experience working with Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trading, Risk Management, and Trade Surveillance platforms. Proficient in gathering business requirements, preparing BRD/FRD documents, and translating business needs into functional specifications. Extensive experience in SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, validation, troubleshooting, and data quality management. Skilled in data mapping, data lineage, process flow documentation, and system integration across Capital Markets platforms (CAPS) and CVS environments. Experience supporting FIX protocol, market data feeds, reference data systems, UAT execution, defect tracking, and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
