Project Coordination / PMO / Resource Management experience including capacity planning, allocation tracking, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with leadership, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Top 3 Preferred Skills Power BI – dashboard development, reporting, and project analytics. Power Automate – workflow automation and process optimization. Enterprise PMO / Project Operations experience with exposure to structured project delivery environments.

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. PMP, CAPM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Power Platform certifications are considered an asset.
