À propos du rôle
Responsable d'une équipe de développement, le Scrum Master agira comme Facilitateur qui guide des squads interfonctionnelles dans l'exécution des principes du cadre Scrum avec une solide connaissance des autres cadres agiles tels que Kanban, XP.
Profil recherché
Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master dédié. 10 ans d'expérience avec une équipe de développement de produits Agile (atout). Bonnes compétences et connaissances en leadership serviteur, facilitation, prise de conscience situationnelle, résolution de conflits, amélioration continue, autonomisation, et augmentation de la transparence. Très bonne connaissance d'Agile. Expérience avec diverses approches et concepts Agile dans un contexte à grande échelle (par exemple, le cadre SAFe). À l'aise avec les outils de la suite Atlassian, tels que Jira, Confluence. Aucune expérience de travail préalable au Canada n'est requise mais doit être éligible pour travailler au Canada. Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir régulièrement avec des collègues à travers le pays.
Education Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information / génie logiciel ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
Compétences requises Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel. Certification Scrum Master reconnue (PSM I, CSM).
Atout Connaissance de Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, un atout. Maîtrise des technologies, SOAP, API Rest, tests automatisés, intégration et processus de livraison continue, un atout. Connaissance de GitHub, un atout.
