Role Title: Bilingual Mortgage Processing Specialist Duration: 12 months Work Location: Montreal, QC

Key Responsibilities Provide operational support and process general to specialized transactions and activities. Process transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established guidelines and SLAs. Review statements and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Issue and process required documents. Support discharge and mortgage-related operational activities. Validate information and make adjustments within established authority levels. Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner. Identify and escalate processing issues, exceptions, and high-risk activities as appropriate. Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and business information. Manage a high volume of work while maintaining both speed and quality. Prioritize workload to consistently meet productivity and SLA requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Adapt to changing policies, procedures, and operational requirements. Follow applicable banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and the Bank's Code of Conduct. Support operational requirements related to risk management, AML, and business continuity. Typical Day-to-Day Activities The role will involve working across multiple operational stations, including: Reviewing statements. Issuing and reviewing documents. Supporting mortgage and discharge-related processing. Validating information and documentation. Processing high-volume operational requests. Working across multiple internal systems simultaneously.

Must-Have Skills Bilingual in English and French – written and verbal. 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services. Strong proficiency with MS 365, particularly: Excel Word Outlook Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines and SLA requirements.
