This placement is for Summer 2026. Position: Event Planning Co-op Compensation: approx. $21/hr, 37.5 hrs per week Work location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid; 3 days onsite Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the incumbent will: Support the planning and execution of key internal events, including the annual golf tournament, leadership visits, and company-wide events Assist in organizing activities and logistics for executive visits, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site support Support planning and coordination of town halls and holiday events, including pre-event preparation and communications Partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure events align with business needs Coordinate event logistics such as venue bookings, catering, materials, and vendor communication Assist with event communications and materials to ensure a seamless employee experience Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team as required Requirements Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills French is considered a strong asset High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively Previous experience supporting event planning or coordination is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) To apply, please submit your application directly via the website by July 5, 2026.
