Line of Business: Other About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This is a Temporary position who will report to the Administrative Supervisor. What You’ll Be Doing Accounts Payable (AP): Process and reconcile invoices, manage payment requests and vendor payments, and complete month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting. Procurement, Inventory & Vendor Management: Coordinate purchase orders and vendor documentation while maintaining accurate inventory, procurement, and system records through regular reconciliations and data validation. Operational Coordination: Partner with operations, plant, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies, support inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient invoice processing and payment workflows. Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage daily invoicing, credits, re-bills, and project setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely customer billing. Administrative Support: Perform data entry, reception coverage, and general administrative duties to support business operations.
