Resource Coordinator (PM / Scrum Hybrid – Cloud Security)
Client: Top 5 Bank
Duration: 4 month contract (potential extension)
Work Location: Primarily remote, occasional onsite required in downtown Toronto
Hours: 37.5 hr/week; Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Summary:
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator / Project Manager hybrid to support the Cloud Security portfolio within a large enterprise banking environment.
This role sits within a growing delivery organization and will function as a portfolio-level coordinator, combining project management, Scrum Master responsibilities, and resource planning.
You will play a key role in supporting delivery governance, dependency management, and financial tracking across a growing cloud portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that will help shape how delivery is structured moving forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage portfolio-level delivery across Cloud Security initiatives Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and team coordination activities Track and manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams Support resource planning, allocation, and prioritization across the portfolio Maintain and report on project health, risks, issues, and financials Work within a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall governance with Agile execution) Utilize tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI for tracking and reporting Collaborate closely with Delivery Leadership, Directors, and cross-functional teams Assist in establishing and improving delivery processes, governance, and standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on progress and priorities
Must Have Requirement:
5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager / Resource Coordinator capacity Strong experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, coordination) Experience with resource planning, dependency mapping, and portfolio coordination Proficiency with: Clarity (financial tracking / portfolio management) Jira / Confluence Power BI (or similar reporting tools) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Cloud or Azure transformation initiatives Exposure to AI-related programs or enterprise cloud environments Experience working within Top 5 Banking / Financial Services Scrum or Project Management certifications (CSM, PMP, etc.)
Compensation:
Apex pay scales are determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; however, total compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
