12-Month Contract | Extension Possible

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support large-scale, high-profile initiatives within Ontario's healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate with clinical, business, technical, and enterprise stakeholders Lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities Prepare project status reports, executive updates, governance materials, and project documentation Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed Support project delivery from initiation through close-out

Must-Have Qualifications: ✔ Strong stakeholder management, planning, and resource management skills ✔ Experience managing multiple priorities in complex environments ✔ Proven ability to lead program/project strategy from inception to completion ✔ Strong communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills ✔ Experience working with executive leadership and translating business objectives into deliverables ✔ Strong knowledge of PMI project management methodologies ✔ Public Sector experience (mandatory)

Nice to Have: Ontario healthcare sector experience Knowledge of AODA and Information Management principles
